My story
Away from the usual
Born in 1982 in a small village in Turkey, my path led me to Switzerland at the age of 13. I moved in with my father along with my three siblings. Moving away from my mother and into my father, we suddenly found ourselves in a new family constellation – with a father we hadn't seen in seven years and his new wife, with whom we initially couldn't communicate, as we were unfamiliar with neither the German language nor Swiss culture.
What followed were seven challenging years in this patchwork constellation, which had a profound impact on my life and my understanding of family.

My professional and personal experiences ultimately led me to constellation work. I realized how powerful this method is for revealing and transforming deep-seated patterns and dynamics. Constellation work enables me to accompany people on their path to inner peace and personal development.
Whether it's about processing traumatic experiences, finding a deeper connection with yourself, or breaking through family and personal patterns – I'm here to support you on this journey. Together we can resolve stressful feelings, limiting beliefs, and deep-rooted blockages, establish clear boundaries and needs, and develop a loving self-image.
My path as a teacher
What children need is bonding!
As a teacher, I experienced firsthand how complex and multifaceted the relationship dynamics between students, parents, and teachers can be. There were often tensions, biases, and the difficulty of addressing sensitive topics without offending anyone. These tensions weighed on me, especially when I saw how children suffered from their parents' conflicts and how this was reflected in their behavior at school.
I often supported children who were struggling with schoolwork. It didn't feel right to focus on deficits and assess or treat the children. I realized that the root of many problems lies in the school system itself and in family roots. Therefore, I decided to work directly with the parents in such cases. This approach often lowered expectations of the child, which led to improved behavior and performance. It is essential to identify and address the underlying causes of behavioral problems to truly help children.

Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian method of forgiveness and reconciliation that helps you find inner peace and heal old wounds. Through the four simple steps of "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you," you can release emotional blockages and open yourself to new, loving relationships.

You want to eliminate burdensome beliefs and resolve blockages in your life. Logosynthesis is an integrative counseling approach to personal development. With the help of this method, we can get in touch with our true nature and alleviate suffering.
